By opting in to the Freaky Fast Surveys SMS program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Program Description

Freaky Fast Surveys operates an SMS-based market research and mystery shopping program. Subscribers receive text messages with survey, feedback, and research task opportunities. Participation in individual tasks is voluntary.

Opt-In and Consent

By texting JOIN to our designated phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Freaky Fast Surveys related to market research and survey opportunities. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on available research opportunities. You may receive multiple messages per week or fewer depending on availability.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Freaky Fast Surveys is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Rewards and Payments

Certain research tasks may offer rewards or compensation upon completion. Reward amounts, eligibility requirements, and payment methods will be specified in each task invitation. Rewards are paid via PayPal to the email address you provide during registration. We reserve the right to withhold payment for incomplete tasks, fraudulent participation, or violations of these terms.

Honest Feedback Requirement

All survey and research task participation must reflect your genuine, honest opinion and experience. Rewards are provided for completing research tasks and are never conditioned on the sentiment or content of your feedback. Positive and negative feedback are equally valued and compensated.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: provide false or misleading information, create multiple accounts, use automated tools to participate in tasks, submit fabricated screenshots or proof of task completion, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident with a valid mobile phone number to participate.

Limitation of Liability

Freaky Fast Surveys is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the availability of research opportunities or reward amounts. Our total liability is limited to the amount of any unpaid rewards owed to you.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
